LONDON: Brewing giant SABMiller has named its European marketing director Chris Taylor as group international brand director – a newly created role designed to "ensure closer coordination" across its international products.

The company, whose brands include Grolsch, Peroni Nastro Azzurro and Pilsner Urquell, says Taylor will report to marketing director Nick Fell.

It has also promoted Pam Powell to the new position of group marketing strategy and innovation director. She was formerly international business development director for premium brands.
