The $70 million media planning and buying duties of footwear retailer Payless ShoeSource have reportedly been put up for grabs.
The business is currently in the hands of Kansas City’s Barkley, Evergreen & Partners, which enlisted Starlink (part of Starcom MediaVest Group) to help with the broadcast buying duties. The review is not expected to include either shop.
Requests for proposals were, say sources, sent out at the end of last year, with presentations due this month.
