French car manufacturer Peugeot this week launches the first UK interactive online campaign by a car manufacturer. Created jointly by Brann Interactive and Circle.com, the ad will run on NTL’s digital service.
Viewers of NTL’s interactive services channel will be directed by banner ads to a special Peugeot site on which an interactive competition can be entered and information on car models requested.
Says Brann account director Tim Jones: “There's a lot of hype about digital TV. We wanted to see where it might go for Peugeot. It's fairly limited in terms of creative, but we wanted to make it as 'involving' for users as possible.”
