CINCINATTI - The consumer goods titan has waved an unexpected farewell to R Kerry Clark, one of its five vice-chairmen and touted as a possible successor to current chairman/ceo AG Lafley
Thirty-two year veteran Clark is the first top-five Procter & Gamble executive to be lured away in decades. He is to become chairman of drug distributor Cardinal Health Care.
His P&G duties, covering global family and health care, will now be shared by fellow vice-chairmen Susan Arnold and Bruce Byrnes.
