Reminiscent of the good ol’ days when snake-oil salesmen huckstered hungrily from their soapboxes, online recruitment agency plans to plant its boxes on Seattle street corners, strategically chosen for the frequency of passing jobseekers.

In an imaginative campaign created by New York shop Eisnor Interactive, real live soapbox orators will evangelize to onlookers the joys of signing with HotJobs for their next career move. Lurking nearby will be true one-to-one marketers, ready to pounce on unwary citizens with further information about the company and the job opportunities available.

In another masterstroke, prospects will be given a chalkboard on which they can eulogize their own talents. Polaroids are then taken of the prospective client, chalkboard aloft, then presented to them as a reminder of HotJobs’ benefits.
