Publicis-owned agency, Fallon of Minneapolis, has won the $40-$50 million OmniSky advertising account.

A provider of wireless internet services and devices, OmniSky chose Fallon after a shootout that included the San Francisco offices of TBWA/Chiat/Day and Lowe Lintas & Partners; also Ogilvy & Mather, Culver City and San Francisco, and Leo Burnett, Chicago.
