TELECOMS WATCHDOG Don Cruikshank has again ordered BT to publish 'an accurate and comprehensible price list'. BT admits that the list, which runs to 1,600 pages, has caused updating problems, but denies it has deliberately misled competitors and customers by making several serious omissions. Cruikshank told the telecoms mammoth that it had clearly breached its licence and is likely to do so again. Competitors can now sue BT on the basis of making inaccurate or misleading price claims.
