Nestlé and are joining forces in a new venture to market cosmetic-nutritional supplements around the world.
Branded Laboratoires Inneov, the 50:50-owned subsidiary will be based in France and develop supplements that boost skin, hair and nail quality.
“This is a profitable, fast-growing market, where joint efforts by the food and cosmetics industries have been lacking so far,” declared Nestlé.
The agreement still requires a regulatory thumbs-up. Neither the target date for the first products nor the scale of promotional backing they will gain was revealed.
