Alarm bells are sounding at Havas-owned London agency WCRS, creative incumbent on the £30 million account of National Lottery franchisee Camelot.

Camelot confirmed that marketing director Ian Milligan has been holding conversations with a number of agencies, although it denies this implies a full review “at the moment”.

A creative review has been on the cards since Camelot’s licence to print money was controversially renewed by the government at the end of last year. Its media duties went under the microscope in February although remaining with the two reigning shops, OMD and Media Planning.
