CALIFORNIA - US media company NBC Universal is restructuring its television distribution business to dedicate more resources to the international market.
   The moves are part of an effort to double the company's foreign revenues from 20% to 40%, focusing in particular on developing markets in Eastern Europe and Asia, says ceo Bob Wright.
   There are continued concerns about the performance of the company's US TV broadcast arm, NBC, which is lagging rivals in audience ratings, particularly for primetime viewers.
