NEW YORK - Plans to debut its newest TV series for free at Apple's iTunes store ten days before its network premiere, were announced Tuesday by NBC.
    It is the first time a broadcast network has launched a free series via iTunes, and is yet another sign that the US TV industry is seeking to adapt its business model to new forms of digital distribution.
