MCDONALD’S TAPS STARCOM IN FRANCE

BCom3’s Starcom Worldwide in Paris has been handed the $50 million French media planning and buying account for McDonald’s, fending off a rival pitch from MediaCom Worldwide.

Starcom will replace SEO-Optimum Media Direction, part of the Omnicom Group.
