ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO - Liberty Media, which owns television and internet networks on four continents, has reported a first-quarter loss of $26 million (€20.4m; £13.9m) after a net profit of $254 million a year earlier.
   The company, controlled by US cable magnate John Malone, saw revenue rise 9% to $2 billion. Revenues at its QVC shopping channel went up 6% to $1.56bn.
