Burger King’s children’s advertising media account, estimated value $40 million, has been awarded to MediaVest USA, New York, part of Bcom3’s Starcom MediaVest Group.

Formerly serviced by the New York office of Interpublic’s Initiative Media North America, the move consolidates almost all BK’s worldwide media duties with MediaVest.

The Miami-based burger restaurant chain is owned by British group Diageo.
