London-headquartered Incepta Group continues on its acquisition trail with the purchase of Italian marketing services company Gunpowder. The amount payable is geared to Gunpowder’s future earnings, capped at £11.9 million.

Still in shopping mode, Incepta crossed the Atlantic to snap-up two morsels for up to £5.7m in aggregate: Chicago-based MSI Strategic Communications, a PR and targeted business intelligence specialist; and full-service agency AdMaster Communications of New York.
