The Incorporated Society of British Advertisers (ISBA) has appointed Malcolm Earnshaw as its next director general. He will take over after the existing DG, John Hooper, retires in November.
Earnshaw is currently global advertising affairs director of Pedigree Masterfoods and an ISBA vice-chairman. He is also a former president of the World Federation of Advertisers.
ISBA has also elected Dick Spelman, the chief executive of Halifax Retail Financial Services, as its new president.
