Computer company Hewlett-Packard yesterday declared it would consolidate its agency relationships to San Fransisco’s Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Publicis Groupe in Paris.

Publicis media arm Optimedia has been handed responsibility for H-P’s $200 million global media buying account, while the French group becomes its main global product and promotional agency, working alongside corporate branding shop Goodby on the worldwide network execution of HP’s campaigns.
