Halifax bank has ended its 12-year association with Bates UK by switching its £28 million above-the-line account to Delaney Lund Knox Warren.

The successful agency beat off final-round rivals Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R after a two-month review by the former building society.

Delaney Lund’s campaign will, it is believed, focus on what the Halifax stands for, encouraging customers with savings and mortgages to open accounts.
