Fledgling customer relationship consultancy, Grey Desire, has been spawned by the London units of Grey Worldwide and Grey Direct.

With a staff of seventeen, the shop will operate as an independent entity, aiming to strengthen one-to-one relationships between clients – among them Procter & Gamble and Mars – and their customers.

The relationships will be nurtured by analysing data provided by sister company, Market Data Solutions.
