More prognostications of ad woe are forthcoming from Wall Street, this time from Goldman Sachs & Co.

In light of continued “low visibility”, US and worldwide adspend are both predicted to rise only 1.8% in 2002, down from earlier forecasts of 4.7% and 3.2% respectively.

Adspend for 2001 is still expected by Goldman Sachs to drop 4.5% in the US and 2.8% around the world.
