LONDON - The UK retail giant will separate its Argos Retail Group arm and Experian, its credit scoring and financial services business, in December.
    GUS's move, which has been the subject of speculation for many months [WAMN: 25-May-04], will be welcomed by City analysts who have valued Experian at £6.4 billion ($11.1bn; €9.3bn) and ARG at around £3.6bn.
