GOVERNMENT APPOINT OGILVY FOR UK ONLINE

The Ogilvy Group is believed to have won the government’s UK Online advertising account, fending off rival pitches from D’Arcy and Grey Advertising.

The government has vowed to get over 50% of the UK online by 2005, and is launching 600 government UK Online centres by next March.
