General Motors has reportedly completed its consolidation of multi-cultural ad duties, with an announcement expected today (Friday).

The beneficiaries, says AdAge, will be independent shop Carol H Williams Advertising in Oakland, California, and Miami’s Accentmarketing, to be appointed lead creative shops on all auto brands in the African-American and Hispanic markets respectively.

The consolidation process began in the summer, with the choice of Innovasia Communications in Los Angeles to handle Asian-American duties.

Separately, GM has awarded its first youth account in non-traditional media to Vigilante in New York.
