FREE LOO-ROLL PROMO GETS BOGGED-DOWN IN LEGAL FLUSH

KIMBERLY-CLARK is unamused by a promo offering free rolls of Andrex to consumers who are dissatisfied with the softness of a rival brand, Nouvelle. Snarled K-C marketing director Ben Anderson, amid threats of legal action: 'Printing our name on their packs implies there is a relationship between us and Nouvelle. It’s confusing to consumers and potentially damaging to the Andrex brand.'
