ExxonMobil Picks Zenith for $100m Task

Oil group ExxonMobil has selected Zenith Media Worldwide to handle the $100 million global media buying account for its Fuels Marketing and Lubes Marketing divisions.

Zenith had to fight off pitches from three incumbents: Starcom MediaVest Worldwide, Universal McCann and Optimum Media Direction Worldwide. The only other non-incumbent in the running was Carat.

Commented Zenith ceo Richard Hamilton: “We are thrilled with this appointment and look forward to helping ExxonMobil maximizing returns on its global media investments”.
