Euro RSCG Takes Control of Black Rocket

Havas-owned network Euro RSCG Worldwide has purchased a majority holding in San Francisco agency Black Rocket. The new entity will be renamed Black Rocket Euro RSCG.

Clients of Black Rocket – whose billings stand at around $100 million – include Yahoo!, Condé Nast and MTV International. The agency was responsible for the successful 1996 ‘Do you Yahoo!?’ campaign, but has had difficulty keeping up with the portal’s global expansion.
