Euro RSCG Worldwide, the Havas Advertising-owned global network, has acquired Atlanta, USA-based marketing services specialist Impact Group.
To be rebranded Euro RSCG Impact, the firm currently numbers Pepsi, Starbucks, Unilever and General Mills among its clientele. Its services include event marketing, brand building, sampling, field staffing and merchandising. Jeff Lamkin remains as chief executive officer.
The Atlanta shop becomes an integral part of Euro RSCG Marketing Services Division, bringing with it a dowry of $27 million in fee billings and “world class expertise in experience marketing”, according to the division’s chief executive Iain Ferguson.
