DENTSU TAKES FULL CONTROL OF ASIA-PACIFIC DIVISIONS

Japanese agency Dentsu is planning to offer a full agency service to its clients in the Asia-Pacific region by taking control of its divisions in Malaysia and Singapore.

Dentsu previously owned 58.5% of its Malaysian arm and 65% of its subsidiary in Singapore.

It has also brought its joint venture agreement with Mandate Advertising International to an end.
