The trio who founded DDB Digital eighteen months ago have been rewarded with promotions.

The New York-based interactive offshoot of DDB Worldwide has promoted managing partner Matt Freeman, 30, to CEO. Former co-chief creative officer; Steven Marrs, 33, becomes president-chief operating officer; while John Young, 40, quondam managing partner and co-creative officer rises to sole chief creative officer.
