LONDON: Sir Frank Lowe's high profile startup The Red Brick Road, which opened its doors only six months ago, has recruited two topliners from DDB London.

Karen Fisher joins as the agency's first managing director, responsible for day-to-day management - especially on the shop's £45 million ($85.6m; €66.9m) flagship Tesco account.

As is mandatory in such cases, the superlatives flowed like Krug at a clients' night out. Gushed RBR partner Paul Hammersley: "She's a hidden gem; a fantastic talent and delightful person."

She is joined by her DDB colleague Justin Tindall who takes up the role of RBR creative partner.
