ATLANTA: The Coca-Cola Company's veteran ceo, Neville Isdell (pictured), saw his remuneration from the soft-drinks titan rise 3% last year to $21.6 million (€14m; £10.8m) in 2007.

The package included a salary of $1.6m and a performance bonus of $6.6m, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Isdell (64) will retire from the role in July to make way for Muhtar Kent.
