Chrysler Group has rehired Bonita Coleman to fill the newly created position of director of brand communications.

Coleman will take charge of all marketing communications for Chrysler brand vehicles, working alongside Jay Kuhnie and Julie Roehm, who handle DaimlerChrysler-owned sibling marques Jeep and Dodge respectively. She will answer to vp–marketing Tom Marinelli.

The new recruit is no stranger to Chrysler, having held several marketing posts there between 1993 and 2000. She left the division to help set up database services firm Nia Enterprises.
