LONDON - The UK public relations, advertising and marketing services group reported a 34% rise in pre-tax profits to £8.6 million ($14.9m; €12.5m), while operating income rose 21% to £63m.
   Comments Chime Communications chairman Lord Tim Bell, Margaret Thatcher's former PR adviser: "We have had a very difficult time for a couple of years ... and we are now looking at a significant recovery."
