LONDON - The ceo of Lowe Worldwide's London office, Garry Lace, has resigned with immediate effect after an investigation into matters arising from his 13 months in charge of the advertising agency.
Lace had been suspended from the Interpublic Group-owned shop since March following allegations that he had been in contact with erstwhile chairman and founder Sir Frank Lowe.
The latter set up a new agency at the end of last year and wooed Lowe's biggest account, supermarket giant Tesco [WAMN: 06-Dec-05].
