News Corporation-funded CustomerAsset.com is to launch a UK-based service offering third party customer relationship management services to online businesses. It will focus on channels such as telephone, email and webchat, additionally providing CRM consultancy alongside the collection and enhancement of data.
CA’s UK office will mirror the existing US operation, both locations working closely with a customer interaction and database centre sited in Bangalore, India. Heading the new London operation is Matthew Vallance, previously the country manager for Text 100 in India and managing director of offshore outsourcing consultancy, InCode.
Says K Ganesh, worldwide chief executive of CustomerAsset.com: "With the opening of our office in London, we are bringing to online businesses the opportunity to manage their customers in a very efficient, sophisticated and cost-effective way."
