AS SURELY AS the hounds of spring follow on winter’s traces, so the American DMA’s Golden Echo Award is conferred each autumn on London dm shop Craik Jones Watson Mitchell Voelkel for its Land Rover work. As it was last year, is now, and ever shall be. The agency also collared a silver and a bronze - also for Land Rover campaigns. Three other champions of old Albion collected gongs at the US DMA’s an-nual shindig, held this year in Toronto: DP&A won a silver Echo for its World Vision Christmas card cam-paign; Barraclough Hall Woolston Gray snatched silver for its Persil/Comic Relief campaign; while Joshua, by gosh you are, picked up a bronze for Cable & Wireless Communications’ Let’s Simplify Things mailing.
