NEW YORK - CBS Radio has hitched its wagon to ratings company Arbitron's people meter audience measurement system when it begins its rollout later in the year.
   CBS, which has also been trialling alternative electronic devices [WAM: 21-Mar-06], has inked a seven year deal with Arbitron.
   The latter is seeking to replace its existing paper-diary system, under fire from radio execs for being old-fashioned and possibly inaccurate.
