France’s second largest household goods retailer But has shifted its $35 million advertising account from Euro RSCG Communicance in Paris to Havas-owned sibling Euro RSCG Works in the same city.

Also moving between the two shops are the two major executives working on the account, Nicolas Raynal (creative director) and Laurent Velluet (strategic director), both of whom will head a new retail-focused project centred on the But account and encompassing duties for perfume retailer Marionnaud and the EldorAuto vehicle parts stores.

The new division intends to offer retail clients an integrated service embracing online marketing, traditional advertising, sales promotion, brand advice and specialised publishing.
