Burnett UK Merges Newly Acquired Web Shop with DM Unit

Leo Burnett UK has upped its minority stake in London web design shop Hard Reality to take total control and integrate the new acquisition into its direct marketing offshoot Leonardo. The price paid is undisclosed.

The merged unit will trade under the Leonardo brand with forty employees and billings of some $42.8 million. Among the joint clients are Maytag and Kelloggs.
