London-headquartered satellite TV operator BSkyB, in which Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation has a 36.3% controlling stake, will on Wednesday report full year EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax depreciation and amortization) of £253 million ($394.14m; €403.23m) – up 12.94% year-on-year on 2000’s £224m.

The result appeared in Monday’s edition of The Times (another Murdoch asset) as an aperitif for Wednesday’s announcement, which will include increased revenues, up from £2.31 billion last year to £2.75bn.
