BROADWAY SELLS-OUT TO LOWE LINTAS

London marketing communications agency Broadway is to sell a majority stake to the British arm of Interpublic’s Lowe Group, Lowe Lintas & Partners, London.

With 140 employees and billings in the region of $30 million, Broadway will now be known as Lowe Broadway. Guiding lights Giovanni Cantarella, chairman, and Philip Zatland, president, retain their present positions.

The amount paid is unstated.
