A new website offering discounts from 100 companies in the on- and offline world has been set up in Brazil.

www.maisdescontos.com.br (Portuguese for ‘more discounts’), which follows the example of US coupon systems, is the brainchild of electronics company CCE and Marcelo Ballona, a former e-commerce marketing director.

No agency has yet been chosen to handle the advertising.
