Bates UK is on the lookout for a new chief executive as part of its reorganisation into a fully integrated agency.
Bates is merging all its above- and below-the-line activity into a single unit, with specialist directors reporting to Andrew Cracknell, the executive creative director.
As part of the reorganisation, John Stubbings is moving from his current post to take charge of all below-the-line work. He will remain ceo and continue working on his current accounts until a replacement is found.
The management reorganisation has led to a number of high-profile departures. Last week, Jeremy Shaw, managing director of Bates’ 141 Com, and Paul Kitcatt, its executive creative director, both resigned.
