Interactive point-of-purchase broadcasting and publishing specialist Ten Square has this week launched a promotional pilot scheme that could have far-reaching ramifications.
On trial at twelve Atlanta gas stations, the system enables consumers to select promotions and cash-value coupons while filling-up at the pumps, paying at the kiosk or using station ATMs.
A number of national advertisers are participating in the pilot, including Coca-Cola. Direct marketing service companies such as Val-Pak are also delivering interactive promotional incentive offers.
