Array Lines Up IDMD for Acquisition

Los Angeles-headquartered Array Marketing Group is set to acquire point of purchase communications specialist IDMD for an unspecified sum.

IDMD, which has offices in Toronto, Paris, New York and Chicago, employs over 500 staff with a client portfolio that includes Unilever and Procter & Gamble.
