Consumer goods colossus Procter & Gamble is switching its non-US account for Bounty paper towels from Leo Burnett Worldwide to Havas-owned Arnold Worldwide Partners.
The move follows Havas’s merger of Arnold with Jordan McGrath Case & Partners Euro RSCG [WAMN: 02-Mar-01], the latter agency being the brand’s US incumbent. P&G commented that it wanted to consolidate the Bounty duties within one global network.
Bounty, already on sale in the US and Europe, recently underwent a trial in Japan, although P&G has yet to announce a national launch for the brand there as well.
