The fast growing Asia Pacific markets are in the sights of global media and market research network Aegis.

Its recently launched Isobar digital network [WAMN: 06-Jul-04] has just announced the acquisition of World Wide Integrated Net Solutions, a digital marketing company with a blue-chip client list and based both in Taiwan and China.

WWINS' services, which include web creation, eCRM and interactive marketing, are used by HSBC, KFC Coca-Cola and MasterCard. The company was founded in 1991 and last year had revenues of $2.1 million (€1.7m, £1.1m).

Isobar, the brand umbrella for all Aegis' digital assets and headed by Nigel Morris, will have a presence in nineteen international markets and bill around $500m annually.
