Nicholas Baddour from French agency BBDP & Fils will join German sportswear and ancillaries giant Adidas in October as head of global advertising.

He will fill the trainers of Alan Simpson who quit in July for unnamed clientside pastures new.

Meanwhile, it’s sweaty-palms time at Adidas’ incumbent shops TBWA and Amsterdam-based 180, jointly appointed by Simpson to the £70 million global account earlier this year.
