Presentations given last week by the four shops vying for Monster.com’s $90 million account were judged “so good” that the multinational online jobs agency has postponed a decision “to better evaluate them”.

The pitching quartet were incumbent Mullen Wenham of Massachusetts, Boston-based Arnold Communications, BBDO Worldwide of New York and Wieden & Kennedy, Portland, Oregon.

According to Monster.com marketing director Roy Plotkin, the company is likely to filter the foursome to two before making its final decision – probably not for another week.
