Grey Wordwide is enlarging its French operations with the acquisition of Paris based agency Callegari Berville – price undisclosed – and merging it with its existing Paris shop.

The enlarged agency, branded Callegari Berville Grey and led by Pierre Berville as president, has 430 staff and aggregated billings of around $42.2 million. Clients include Seagram and Procter & Gamble.
